I'm not trying to be funny. The 80 is a bit of an orphan, and it being from the seventies means lot's of old, possibly discontinued parts.

A mid 80's 75 or 90 horse, which is a decent engine with parts fully supported usually sells for somewhat under 1000 bucks - I would peg the value of the 80 horse at maybe 300-400 bucks if it's running well..."
