After solving the overheating heating problem took it out for test drive.I just had the carb rebuilt. It was real hard to start and when I pump the bulb gas runs out the carb. After we got it going it ran fine but wouldn't reach full rpm, after 5 mins it flooded its self and gas was running out the carb. Is it time for a new carb? Suggestions. "

"Rod..... With no intentions of insulting your intelligence, the carburetor was not rebuilt properly. It does not require replacing. I assume that you replaced the float needle valve assy. If you did not, do so. Adjust the float by having the float needle valve and float installed, hold the carburetor upside down, and set the float so that it is slightly off level when viewed sideways (the end opposite the hinge area slightly higher), and somewhat level when viewed head on. That will correct the flooding problem.
