I don't know what year your motor is, but there is a book called the Old Outboard Service Manual Volume 1, 30HP and below. It includes Eska information.

I'm not sure what the official web site is for Eska, but I think you can call them at Eska Outboards, Certified Parts Corp. (800)356-0777.

Also here is a location that sells Eska service manuals.
