Chrysler 318 Ignition System Problems

"I've got a chrysler 318 with ignition problems. The starter wont turn over and I get a clicking from either the solenoid or the starter relay. I tried to check my grounds (that was a problem with similar symptoms posted earlier) but the wiring on this '69 Seagoing is so jerryrigged that I'm not sure where all the wiring runs. What should the 3 posts on the starter relay run to? I'm not familiar with the concept of a starter relay and a solenoid. Unfortunately I'm a Ford man. All this mopar is beyond me.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
