"bought 1978 Evinrude 70 hp ,do not have mod or s/n number at this time ,motor is extreamly clean. motor will start and run on muffs and sounds ok. Check conpression and cylinders were 60-90psi. Last time Motor was taged 06. Suspect last time motor ran. Is it to late for the rings or is there some kind of oil can be put in cylunders to free up rings ? thanks for any and all help"
