We bought a used boat with a 1998 merc 9.9 4stroke kicker on it. But i cannot locate the oil plug to change the oil! The copy of the manual page from a local dealer shows the plug on the side (no where to be seen on my engine) and the filter is also not located on the motor like in the drawing. The engine still runs altho i don't know when the oil was last changed. have no records of it. Any ideas?
