"Hi, I've just bought a yacht with an 8 horse 2 cylinder Mariner. Looks in good nick but no water comes out the tell tale. Number on motor is 647 L 56068. Hints on what year? Does anyone have any details on how to change the impeller, water pump? Cheers"
