"Yeah, great idea! All you need to do is buy a new prop, buy a new alternator, buy a new starter, change your distributor gear, rewire your cap and make damn sure you have a bi-directional transmission. If you do not have a ZF 630 or a Borg Warner 5000, you will burn up your transmission if you run it in reverse for an extended period of time. You will end up spending the same amount of money and still have a backwards engine."

Knew it sounded too easy. The engine is complete with the starter, alternator... but not the tranny.

So,,, with that said,,,, anybody was a backwards a$$ running engine?"
