"i have a 1974 mercurey 9.9 10 horse Red Stripe and i put in an after market fuel pump on and all new fuel lines and water pump and it ran great, Now it's only hitting one cylinder and the bottom plug is dry and not getting any fuel and there i gas coming out of the carb, i would like to know how to fix this problem and i was hopeing for suggestions. thx"
