1993 75hp mercury please help

"hello there maybe someone can help me out with this.i took my boat out the otherday and it was running fine i shut the engine off to fish but when i went to start it back up it would'nt.when i squeezed the bulb it got tight.so when i loaded up and trimmed up the motor i noticed gas dripping down,then today it started up on the first turn of the key what could this be??thank you for your help..."

"another carb flooding. could be a one time thing or it needs removal and cleaning. You can pump the fuel bulb with engine off and look down each carb, any drips are bad"

"There may be nothing wrong, fuel will run out the vents if the primer bulb was pumped rock hard when you tilted the engine.

Pump the bulb with the engine in the down position and check for leaks out the carbies.

One note... dont pump it too hard as it is possible to bypass the needle and seats and cause fuel to run out."
