"I'm pulling my hair out. My 135 purrs like a kitten until 3000 RPM. At that point it bogs down. I've changed the power packs, stator, trigger, coils, and spark plugs. I've rebuilt the carbs and changed the fuel pump. what is left? I've heard something about a limiter; is this the problem??"
