"I just bought a four year old Mecury 4-stroke. It hasn't been run in 2 years. Took it out, ran great until I went full speed and then went to slow it down. As I went to slow down the engine cut out. It started right back up and ran smooth. This doesn't happen every time but it seemed that when I would go at trolling speed for a while and then full speed, it would stall when I backed off the throttle. Any ideas what might be happening? Please inform. Also, the pee hole spits water instead of a steady stream, is this normal?"
