    "Dear Marv,
I am told the main engines 12V71N x2
are running at 1500rpm and 1x 671 gen running.
    Do not know injector size.
The owner of the vessel is trying to tell me
the vessel consumes 30gal an hour at 10knots

Very interesting question.....I have the 73'Broward above with twin 12v71Ns.
When you opined around 27 gallons per hour, at what rpm/speed were you considering?
The props are 30x24 4 blade right and left 2 1/4 shafts... trans are twin disc 2.0-1.
    Thanks Dan"
