"I HAVE A 1997 BAJA 350V-8 IT WONT GET OVER 1500 RPMS ACTS LIKE ITS CHOKEIN DOWN SMOKES ACTS LIKE NO POWER. CHOKE IS OPEN FULLY. RUNS UP TOO 4000RMPS IN NEUL GOOD BUT PUT IN GEAR CHOKES DOWN. SOMETIMES IT WILL GO AHEAD AND GO ON AFTER ABOUT 15 MINS OR SO. REPLACED THE PLUGS,CARB WIRES,FUEL FILTER. COULD IT BE PROP. O YEA GETTIN PLENTY OF FUEL. HELP IN TEXAS!!!"

"welcome, please no caps. Yes it could be the coupler or hub of your prop, depending on the style, I would think you have a spare right? No ? not good, get one and try it.. even if it's an Aluminum Prop. I would also do a compression test of the engine. Has it ever been rebuilt ? any work done recently ?"
 
just bought it looks like its

just bought it looks like its been rebuilt by someone it has a lunota cam. i have someone checkn the timen and compression now.
