"NEW 165hp Inline 6 Sierra Marine Rebuilt/Replacment Carb - now about 1 yr old..

Was working on the boat the other day, noticed that the Idle adjustment screw is too long causing the Max Throttle opening to not be the Max. :-(

Also found the Choke plate not moving as freely as it should, it wasn't closing all the way, and it was binding a little when opening. ( even with the throttle plates open and the peice that the idle screw touches was moving freely.)

"True, I think it's now out of warranty as I got it last august, and I'm real good at Rochester Carbs, actually I know what the issue is, there's a plunger inside and it's got a little corrosion on it."
