"I found a really clean, and priced right, 1979 35 hp Johnson that is long shaft, I need it to be short shaft. Is that a major job? Looks as if the drive shaft, exhaust housing, shifter rod and maybe the exhaust tube will have to be replaced??? Is there a good place to find the required parts used? Im located in TX. Thanks"
