Does anyone know a magic way o

Does anyone know a magic way of getting the prop off of my Alpha outdrive other than heating it a distroying the rubber hub ???
 
"Use a puller. Tilt the OD up

"Use a puller. Tilt the OD up and remove the nut, etc. then spray a little PB Blaster around the shaft. Let it sit 4 hrs or better o'nite. Spray small amounts several times during wait."

Thanks Guy. I already have a puller on it and have just left it soaking since last night. Hopefully it may of moved by now if not I will just soaking and pulling.
 
Just so you know I have had to

Just so you know I have had to cut them off.

Not a pretty job but it had to be done as it was oxidized welded to the shaft.

Not cut the shaft off but cut the prop from the shaft

"That's always part of my winterizing routine is to take the prop off and grease the shaft and then cover the shaft with a plastic bag to keep moisture out. I also don't want my SS 4 blade prop to take a walk, I can't afford to buy those things every year!"
