I am trying to order a new hea

I am trying to order a new head gasket for my 1975 70hp Evinrude 70573B When I pull up the part number at Seloc Online I get 2 numbers Sierra Part #18-2960 and low compression gasket # Sierra Part #18-3895 My numbers are cyl 1 145psi cyl 2 120 psi cyl 3 140psi. Which gasket do I need?
