Adjusting the carb mixture

My 1991 350 magnum runs well b

My 1991 350 magnum runs well but needs a tweek on the mixture screw as it does not run as smooth as it could. It does not misfire though. Is there a special tool for adjusting the carb as I can see the adjusters but getting to them seems impossible. Is it a flexible shaft adjuster?
 
I just slip a 1/4" drive s

I just slip a 1/4" drive socket over the screw which gives me something to grab w/my fingers. I have a 2 BBL Mercarb w/1 screw behind the T'stat hsg.

Most especially the older motors it was near impossible to reach with my tool never mind a 1/4 drive socket.
