"Hi, we have a problem with ou

"Hi, we have a problem with our 2006 mercruiser 4.3 MPI not starting after running for 4 or so hours.Temp (170deg)and oil pressure normal when running.Will turn over,may run rough for a few seconds & then dies.Motor starts and runs perfectly when cold.Motor has about 85 hours and has been recently serviced (new fuel filter)with no fault coming up on the computer.Any help would be appeciated"
 
"Buy some Throttle Body spray

"Buy some Throttle Body spray cleaner, not carb cleaner, and clean the throttle bore and plate. Spray liberally and wipe w/paper towels until clean. Also clean the idle control valve mounted on the throttle body. It will be dirty and valve will stick. Pull the spark plugs and replace if worn or clean if platinum type."
