"Hi can someone tell me how to know if the pulse line is working properly, I own a 1993 Evinrude 250 V8.There are two pulse lines and one blows out air and the other( the top one) doesnt blow air but sucks in air very faintly.My engine rune fine in idle but when I push it to high rpm it stalls after a few minutes.the vro's dont seem to be broken and the fuel lines are good.help please.}"

"if i had,...that eng,i'd get it to a good shop...ASAP...however,...to answer ur question...pulse limiter valve,is to be a free-flowing nipple,..until,..a high press backfire,should occur..then,it is to shut off,or restrict,..that air flow..."
