can anyone one tell me if a 70

can anyone one tell me if a 70hp 1989 johnson inline 3 has water passage restrictors if so a diagram that shows where they go.

thanks joe thats the answer i was looking for. I just rebuilt the engine and i have no water at therm but water coming out of pee hole I have not had time to troubleshoot and thought about those restricters. I knew i didnt put any in it.
