Getting rebuilt motors install

Getting rebuilt motors installed into my boat. 4.3 V6's. what would be a resonable break in of the new rebuilds and what should I do to break them in???

Once over that hurdle, the rest is similar. Key is to vary the RPM (avoid steady cruise) and stay away from WOT for the first 10 hours. After 25 hours, you should be good to go after an oil & filter change.
