Alpha Gen 1 swap to Bravo

I have an alpha generation one

I have an alpha generation one outdrive on my 26' Carver. I am considering going with a Bravo. Does anyone know what kind of procedure this would be and what has to be done/modified/cost????
 
You would need to drill out tw

You would need to drill out two more holes at the top of your alpha cut-out. Also maybe a little tapering of the upper part of the hole. It's much easier to do if you can get hold of a bravo hole jig. With the jig its less than a 1/2 hour job and simple.

Ayuh,...
Remove the motor, drive,+ transom assembley,...
Drill the 2 more stud holes in the transom,+ Install the Bravo driveline...."
