"What is a good product to watertight seal when replacing a transom seal on a OMC sterndrive? Also what is a good gasket sealant for my oil pan, timing chain cover, water pump ect on my engine. Thanks for any replys."
 
The black or grey permatex RTV

The black or grey permatex RTV is great for either the transom or engine gaskets.
I used some high temp permatex copper rtv once and it works fine too. It was just all I had at the time.
