I purchased a 16' Forester at the beginning of the season... It ran great in the spring but has gone south quickly.
First off...starting.
I was warned the boat was cold blooded... but it seems to be getting worse. The electric choke it ok, so are the spark cables.
I pulled the plugs none were fouled - but they were not all matching. Can you please tell me the correct size? Would the sparks have anything to do with coming out of the hole too? When I gun it now - the engine stalls. (It did not used to do this)
Also - where can I order a new manual for self repair for this engine?
