I have a 86 bayliner contesa twin screws newer manfiolds and hoses at an idol it runs 150-160f but when i am at 4000+ rps the tempture will run up high at 3000 rpms the temp runs fine the heat exchane box gets very hot can it possible be a thermosate.I took the cover of the strainer on the top of the motor off and water is pumping up to there and then overflowing. the motor seems to cool right down when i let off the throttle please help me
