"Need verification on piston to cylinder clearance on a 1983 Suzuki DT85. Manual specification is the following 0.112"-0.127"(0.0044-0.0050 mm).If this is right, then can anyone elabrate on why so large when compared to other model's clearance.

that seems a little loose what

that seems a little loose what pistons are you using i just built a 75 and max clearance was 0.006
 
If anyone with a FACTORY DT75/

If anyone with a FACTORY DT75/85 manual and the time to look up and post the piston to cylinder clearance would be awesome. Clymers repair manual I already have and it must be a misprint.
