"Any one run into a bad batch of electric pumps ?
I have no restriction, but keep burning out either the low press pump or the hi press pump. going on my 3rd set now.

Any ideas ??"
 
"Bad relay contacts - high res

"Bad relay contacts - high resistance electrical contact (corroded, bent, misaligned) within the connector - bad wiring to/from the pump. You can check the current draw with a DC clamp on amp meter.

Also, I've been told, that an airleak in the supply line will aerate the fuel which will reduce the 'cooling' the fuel supplies to the pump. Temporary use of a clear line will show any gross leak as air bubbles."
