What year is my 25 hp Evinrude

What year is my 25 hp Evinrude #25202R-EO1950?
Chart says 1972 [ I think ] but we have had the motor since the late 1960's. Anyone?

Suggest you look more closely at the number ... use a magnifier. 25902 would be a 1969 model

Look on the powerhead for a small quarter size core plug that resembles a frereze out plug. What numbers are on that?"

Just looked on powerhead and it shows 25202 also. Very strange because my grandfather owned the motor a couple of years before he passed away in April of 1972. ???

Larry.... Use any photo editing program and edit the pixel width down to 400 or 500. That should do it.
