"I recently purchased a boat that has a 1999 Honda BF40 outboard motor. I did a complete tune up and oil change on the motor. After running the motor a bit I noticed a steamy cloud coming out of the exhaust, just like a kids Humidifier machine. What could this be from? Is this normal?

That port is the exhaust relie

That port is the exhaust relief port. If is normal to see steam coming out. It is exhaust.
