AQ130A Engine hesitation

Our local dealer recommended I

Our local dealer recommended ISO-Heet to eliminate my engine from choking. After pouring it into the tank and filling it with gas I took it to the lake and now the engine hesitates when going full throttle. After I run it for approx 5 min at 2000 rpm it slowly goes up and finally reaches 4100 rpm. Prior to this it would go to 4500 rpm and up to 30 mph. Now it stays at 4100 rpm and 25 mph. Any ideas? All help is appreciated.
