"First off I'm posting this for a friend, I'm not a boater so forgive my ignorance.
The boat is a 2003 or 2004 hurricane 23'
It has a suzuki outboard 250 4 stroke
When putting the key in with in seconds it flashes 4 time, short pause, then 2 time. It also makes an audiable beep in the same pattern
The motor with not even attempt to start
We tryed charging the battery and looking for a loose wire somewhere but found nothing. We also can't find the manual so if someone could please look up what a 4-2 code means it would be great!
