"According to that link, the B230 'E' high compression engine, sold outside of North America, is the only B230 that is an interference engine. Now the 64 dollar question is: where do you look on the engine to find the letter? Or, without the letter, what physical indications, other than smashed valves and pistons, would identify an 'E' model engine??"
