"I have a 200hp volvo, that is running A1 duo props. The boat is 5.5t 33ft Flybridge and the maximum speed is only 15 knots at a stretch! Should I be running A2's or A3's. Is there anybody out there that has a similar configuration?"

I had A3 on my boat, 34tf 5 tons, made 26 knots with a KAD42 with 230HP, you should probably use A2 or A3.
I assume you get full rpm on the engine?, if it is a 41 you should get app 3900 RPM."

The propellors had given way at the hubs. I replaced them with a new set and what a difference. Like a new boat. I get 19kts no problems"
