I have a 1962ish 9.8Hp Merc 11

I have a 1962ish 9.8Hp Merc 110. I lost my manual and need to verify the fuel to oil ratio. I will be operating it at 9000 ft above sea level

"I have a 1962ish 9.8Hp Merc 110. It has been in storage, heated garage for about two years. I attempted to start it with no avail. I primed the engine and excess fuel exited the top of the bowl and came out of the carb throat. There is good spark but will not fire. I sprayed carb cleaner to see if would fire that way and it did. Ithen tried to restart normally with no results. I checked the plugs and no gas smell. Any suggestions?"
