"Replaced sticky needle valve

"Replaced sticky needle valve (new carb kit). Runs perfect, then sticks again. Have sanded the valve..same problem. Always stalls at most inopportune time. Am I missing something? Again, runs perfect when not stuck. Need some direction"

"Bad gas? only other alternative I can think of is, the carb is shot - sometimes they just can't be repaired and the only solution is another one..."
