"Merc Alpha 1. I have spen the hub inside of my prop, this I am sure of. The problem that I am having is removing the prop nut, it and the drive shaft are spinning when I try to remove it. Someone said to wedge something into the teeth to stop that, but I don't know where or what to wedge in there. Can someone help? Thanks"

If there is an inch of shaft sticking out, slip an open ended wrench on it."
 
May have to cut off the prop a

May have to cut off the prop and whats left of the rubber to get to the center section .

It wouldn't turn very easily,+ the Nut will come Off..."
