"I have been having problems accelerating from 10mph to 25-35mph. Upon acceleration the motor ramps up the higher speed for about 10 seconds then dies back to the low and constant speed of 10mph. It runs fine at this low speed but ckockes at the higher speed. I have replaced the stator, replaced the power packes, took the motor apart and took out a piece of plastic label from the "fins" in the engine. I have put a hollow tube in the gas line to seen if the gas was obstructed and no problems there either. I also put in ringfree into the gas tank. Still the same problem. Now I am taking the engine apart again to see if i missed anything. Any ideas."
