Ok guys I have another one for you. My motor is hard to start and want to keep stalling out at idle. once i get going no problem but if i try t idle it stalls. To get it restarted a couple times i had to take the cover of and hold the throttle open while the engine is being cranked. is there a way to bump up the idle?

"Notice the vertical throttle

"Notice the vertical throttle arm....throttle cable attached to the bottom, timer base attached to the top.

At some point on that vertical throttle arm is a mechanical stop idle screw. Keep this in mind.

Now, to adjust the idle, loosen the screw/bolt on the clamp that retains the adjustable trunion on the throttle cable, then adjust that trunion so that the idle is advanced to whatever point you want it to be. Tighten down the retaining screw on that clamp so that the cable will stay put.

Now, anjust that vertical idle stop screw so that the idle cannot viberate back beyond the idle point you set the cable at."
