hello i have noticed some milk

hello i have noticed some milky white substance on the butterflys on the choke and i was wondering if this means that water is getting in my gas

"To ease your mind as to having water contaminate your fuel supply, water is heavier than gas and does not mix with gasoline so this is a easy test.

Remove the connector from your fuel line, then pump some gas into a glass container. If water exists, it will separate from the gasoline and be at the bottom of the container."
