"I'm hoping someone can do this and post the results for me.
I have a rec/reg from my 1997 Force 120. The engine had the red stator (16 amp).
I'm looking for someone to take a A.C. voltage reading from the red lead on the rec/reg and post the results for me please.
Reason I'm asking is; I'm using the rec/reg on my Evinrude 175, which had seperate reg and rectifier. The rect. is bad and I need to make sure of the Force engines A.C output so I can ensure the rec/reg doesn't overheat. The evinrude only has a 9 amp stator and puts out about 30 v.a.c."
