can anyone tell me how much difference there is between the 300 buick marine engine and an automotive engine

"Compared to a 66 Buick Skylark engine or something....Internally? I suspect not very much. Camshaft would be about it. and Brass core plugs in the block.
I suspect pistons, crank and all that would be exactly the same.

Externally: carb, starter, exh. manifolds, distributor, water pump, alternator
