Sorry for the simple question

Sorry for the simple question as I have a i/o.My friend has a 1970 chrysler 70 o/b and we are trying to figure out the timing specs on it??Any help would be awesome. Thanks in advance

"30 is a little hot for that motor, would recommend 27 to 28. Chrysler made some changes to those timing specs when their warranty program began to suffer.

Do not trust the decal. or pointer, many were moved around as the decal used to say 34."
