"The ACG indicator light turns on when the key is turned to the pre-starting position. I can hear the oil pump (I believe) receive power so I know voltage is getting to the engine electronics. In an attempt to start the engine, the ACG buzzer goes off and the engine does not 'crank' over to start. The starter battery is fully charged (using a 2A Deep Cycle trickle Charger) and puts out 12-13 Volts. Is this a starter/solenoid/both problem? or a fuse a may have overlooked? bad ACG indicator?"
