I have two problems with this
I have two problems with this engine. First is we can have full throttle and it will not pick up power at all (like in a small alumimun boat with a small hp motor). Second is the top oil tank on motor is filling up (like the oil pump doesn't shut off) Can anybody give me some information or where to start.
