"Hi guys,I need HELP.What is the correct timing seting for this motor.Can it be that timing couses the fast idle?Seems when I delay timing at idle speed ,it slows it down.The cables are off and the carb is complitly closed.I took the carbs apart and they are clean but I am not sure whitch way the float goes in.The side with the "notch" goes up or down?Is there a way to regulate the mixture of air to fuel?It seems to me no adjustmants can be made.If there is a way I cannot figure it out.Is there a website I can get more info.But I read other advise here and I know there are a lot of guys here who know their stuff,Thanks Kris"
