Hi:

I have a Volvo 2003T and the voltage is irregular at the volt meter. It changes from 14 down to less than 12. I have determined that the voltage to the batteries is not irregular and stays at aprox. 14 volts. I have checked the voltage at the volt meter and the voltage is the same as the volt tester. Could this be a problem with the relay? Oil pressure and temp gauge are working properly. Tach has stopped working a year or so ago.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

thank you

Ed

"It is the block heater coming on and off. It's not unusual although if it still does it when at operating temp, you man need the sensor replaced."
