My engine burns the spark plugs

"Hi i bought a Yamaha 25 hp 2003 outboard for my dinghie. When i used it two or three times it comes out with the spark plugs full of oil or burn and i have to change them. I dont know if is something i can fix or do i have to take it to the mechanic. In the oil mix i use 50 to 1 because it is a 2 cycle, im i doing something wrong?. Any help will be very useful for me thank you."

"make sure your gas is clean and fresh, with the Yamaha Ringfree and a fuel stabilizer like Sta-Bil or Seafoam. Sounds like you may have some old or stale gas. 2 stroke plugs generally have some oil on them,but not excessive carbon. Good Luck!"
 
generaly those smaller outboar

generaly those smaller outboards are mixed at 100 to 1 not 50 to 1 atleast thats how my 15hp is
 
Running at 50:1 will not carbo

Running at 50:1 will not carbon up the spark plugs...They will if you have the wrong heat range and or the thermostat is stuck open causing the engine to run cold
