"Hi,I am a new to this site an

"Hi,I am a new to this site and I need some help.I have 502 CID crusaders.I am replacing my risers and elbows,does anyone know the correct torque is for both?"

25 ft*lb last time I looke

25 ft*lb last time I looked though some guys like as much as 35 ft*lb on the log style parts.

"It's the diameter and thread type (and material) that drive the torque setting, not the length of the fasteners."

I do the

"Good Point Henry.

I do the "check" after they have cooled back down, in other words, after the enginen has gone thru a full heat up-cool down cycle."
